Oh my God. What a movie. Maggie Gyllenhaal is officially the bravest actress working today - this is her at her most raw, her most naked (literally and figuratively) and her most engaging. I've always been in awe of her talent, but she shines here like nothing else she's been in, even 'Secretary'.
This film is so moving and so real, it almost feels like you're there watching Sherry's struggle, and the little girl who plays her daughter is incredible, too. A must-see.
