Review of She-Devil (1989) by Chris M — 23 Jul 2009
She-Devil is a decent comedy, nothing more. Rosanne makes for a surprisingly great lead and Meryl Streep is wonderful as usual. There's not too much to say about this one. I recall seeing it a lot on Lifetime years ago which says a lot right there. It seems as if a darker movie is trying to escape from this relatively light hearted romp of a film, but oh well!
It's worth at least one watch.
