A half shark-half octopus, a secret government gone wrong, roams the seas of Mexico. How could you go wrong with a plot like that? Well, in the all the ways you might expect. It's unimaginative, terribly animated, horribly acted, awfully scripted, blabla etc.
Is it fun to watch though? If you like campy B-flicks about monsters, you might actually it.
