(1973) Shaft In Africa.
ACTION/ POLITICAL COMMENTARY.
With a bigger budget making this entry, a very entertaining third and final Shaft movie centers on impoverished African human smuggling ring happening in the streets of Paris with William Roundtree as the title character going undercover to prevent expoitation among human beings, getting them to work long hours with less pay by overcharging them an arm and leg for a crappy room and board etc...
Anybody wondering where director Richard Donner got some of his ideas from to make the first two Lethal Weapon films, I have to say this would be the one and not solely on "A World's Apart" starring Barbara Hershy which he claims, because this one has the theme about white people supremacy happening in Africa and the power it thinks it has over impoverished colored Africans and it also has the electric shocking device identically used in the first "Lethal Weapon" film as well with the only difference is that it's budget isn't financed by a big name company such as Warner Brothers! I just wish Shaft killed more people in this one!
3 out of 4.
