Review of Seven Swords (2005) by Mattias E — 02 Dec 2008
A great pice of wuxia from Tsui Hark, with an style more crude and violent unlike Zhan Yimou's films.
Is true that there is a lot of edition mistakes, and not all the characters are correctly development, but the film don't fail in show great fight sequences and excellent design for the villains, looking like "evil chinese gothic psychos", lol.
A good work of the main cast, Donnie Yen and the master Lau-Kar Leung are excellente as always.
This is a very decent option for any martial arts fan.
