Review of Seven Psychopaths (2012) by Andy N — 19 May 2014
An extremely dark and comical look at psychopaths. It tends to drag in spots, but there's very smart dialog throughout and the actors just chew the parts to pieces. Walken is at his finest here as well as Rockwell and Farrell.
If violence, extremely dark and sometimes disturbing topics are your cup of tea, then Seven Psychopaths is an excellent, must see film. I enjoyed it immensely, but as I said, there are spots that drag, mainly in the last quarter of the film when the characters are in the desert.
