Review of Seven Psychopaths (2012) by Marc B — 14 Jul 2013
The follow up to In Bruges, as unique but not quite as well crafted. A top drawer cast with Walken and Harrelson in perfect roles, and Farrell and Rockwell as safe a bet as you would expect. Some great moments and due to the nature of the film you can let a few story threads go off track.
The main issue is that the first half is so good that the mediocre second half just seems dull compared. This is a shame because otherwise it could?ve been a excellent. An In Bruges fan? You won?t be too disapointed.
