Review of Serpico (1973) by Sean S — 30 Mar 2010
Right from the word go "Serpico" throws you into the harsh world of Frank Serpico and sets the tone very quickly. Pacino is brilliant juggyling the tough task of making the character devolpment believable whilst still keeping the original core character the same.
The plot is great with the narrative showing the cops in a terrible light but in a realistic way rather than just creating unrealistic scenarios.
