It has its moments but Oliver Stone made a better satire about fascination with violence and killers with 'Natural Born Killers'. Now think about the movie: sweet and banal town with a killer on the loose complimented with oddball humor where have we seen this before? Oh, that's right, ALL of 'Twin Peaks'.
Mr. Lynch should be collecting some nice coin from a John Waters who, at this stage in his career, has very few ideas to work with. Turner's performance isn't as spectacular as people make it out to be.
