Review of Selma (2014) by Amanda H — 04 May 2015
Great performances, but there's nothing in this film that hasn't already been documented a million times before. Now, I know it's history and can't and shouldn't be changed, but I don't want that.
I just would have liked to see something, some aspect of filmmaking, that made it stand out from every other MLK movie I've seen.
