I'd never seen this movie; Kimmi had me watch it. I'll stretch a little and say 3 1/4, max. Predictable, villian is actually figment of protagonist's imagination plot, but it's Stephen King foundation, quirky, hodgepodge cast, and overall feel makes up for it.
