Review of Scrooge (1970) by Kara W — 14 May 2009
This and the Muppet version are the only two that make me care about Tiny Tim's death. That aside, this a decent version with some good toe-tappers and a good performance from the Ghost of Christmas Present.
Although Finney isn't as good as he could have been, and the infamous 'Hell' sequence is eye-rollingly, laughably dumb.
