Review of Scrooge (1970) by Robin P — 12 Jul 2011
This is a crazy weird movie. I mostly just wanted to see Alec Guinness sing. I seriously got to almost the end of the movie before I even recognized him with all the makeup and all he had on for the role.
I heard he seriously hated making this film and got injured so badly from being on wires to fly around that he had to have surgery. It was almost as painful to watch. How did this get good reviews?
