Review of Scream 4 (2011) by Ashley_ — 15 Jan 2012

I was a bit hesitant in seeing this movie, because of the typical downfall of horror films that just keeping making more movies when it should have stopped way sooner, such as Saw, or Final Destination.

But this movie surprised me. As always, and I won't spoil anything, the killer or killers at the end were totally unexpected. Courtney Cox and David Arquette were great in their parts, but then again, they always are.

Emma Roberts blindsided me. I had no idea her acting abilities were to that standard, as I always remembered her from 'Unfabulous' or 'Hotel for Dogs'. She really played her part magnificently. The movie was every bit as good as the first three, or maybe even better.
