Review of Scarface (1932) by Dyron W — 22 Jul 2014
Scarface could be best described as high standard junk food, and I mean that with respect. This is a over the top, blood-soaked, profanity-ridden affair that's far too removed from the classic 1930s gangster film it's remaking, but it has gone on to become a classic piece of cinema in its own right due to Al Pacino's performance.
