Review of Saw V (2008) by Shaez K — 21 Oct 2012
The fifth installment of the Saw franchise was surprisingly more entertaining than the previous two (not to say it was a good film by any means). With Darren Lynn Bousman no longer at the helm, this film took on a much more straight forward approach, making the story watchable.
the acting also took a minor step up while maintaining the over-the-top stylization Saw has become known for. Bottom line, more entertaining than most Saw flicks, but probably still not worth watching.
