Five stars, you ask? I give this a high rating because SNF is NOT just about disco! it's a deep, prolific view of a young man growing up in 1970s NYC. it's about love, confusion, friendship, maturity.
it's DEEP. plus, it has one of my all-time favorite soundtracks. yet another film that pioneered a new genre of films and filmmaking. wonderful lighting, tight editing, and great newcomer johnny t who played this role to a "T"! love it and love watchin' it!
