Review of Saturday Night Fever (1977) by Peter J — 11 Aug 2018
I just rewatched "Saturday Night Fever" for the first time since its original release - and was surprised what a great movie it was/is. Back then, I wasn't familiar with the New York scene and mainly loved the soundtrack.
I probably saw the flick as an extended video circling around the music-centred scenes. Today's second view offered a lot more nuances.
