Review of Sarah's Key (2010) by Alex A — 09 Feb 2012
Superb WWII reliving story around an American who's married into a French family and a tragic secret from the Jewish round-up process in France that preceeded the Holocaust. Kristin is great but it's the performance delivered by MÃ (C)lusine Mayance as young Sarah that will totally grab your heart.
An element of Shawshank during WWII as we're forced to endure our innocently imprisoned protagonist on her attempt to escape and get back home to quite possibly the most heart wrenching reveal I've seen.
