Yes, special effects can get really boring no matter how realistic they look. The acting is horrible....wow a big earthquake ... haven't we seen this movie 10 times before ???? Just a boring 2 hour ride, you know what is going to happen and who cares how it ends.
....there is no story here, and nobody wants to watch some washed up actress.
