A victim of its own "quirkiness." While it comes close, this movie unfortunately never quite hits the mark. Aubrey Plaza and Jake Johnson pretty much play the same roles they do on TV, and that's not a bad thing with two actors who do it this well.

The real standout, however, is Mark Duplass, who plays his part with equal parts vulnerability and sweet madness - a far cry from his Machiavellian role on "The League." A good effort, not great, but with a killer ending that left me smiling nonetheless.
