Foreign, Russian. This is the only movie to be continually filmed in one shot. There is one point in the film that you can tell, that it wasn't the time in question, but the rest is set in the Hermitage and is just beautiful.
The costumes are wonderful. The story line is a little different, but the work that went to make this film was amazing.
