Review of Rushmore (1998) by Grant G — 02 Jul 2011
I cannot describe how let down I was the first time I ever watched this movie. after so much build up from critics and friends I was expecting something that would be life altering. It slowly aged onto me and I have come to love it.
I really have to come to enjoy the characters more than I did originally and this film reminds me of Harold and Maude which is one of my other favorites. It is the definition of independent cult hit.
