Review of Runaway Jury (2003) by Dan P — 01 Mar 2010
A very good film, but then I have a John Cusack bias.
A good storyline, and excellently acted by Gene Hackman (a classic performance), although I thought Hoffman as the idealistic lawyer. was a bit weaker than his usual high standards.
Hackman's jury manipulation is interesting, and the level of tech, observation and manipulation is reminiscent of Enemy of the State. If you liked EotS, this is one to see.
