Finally got around to watching this...11 years after it was released! I enjoyed it. reminded me of trainspotting - very kinetic; one scene almost seemed to be directly referencing it: lola is running down a street when a car pulls out of a garage and she falls on the hood - which is much like the opening of trainspotting when mark renton falls on the hood of car while being chased by security guards.
I also liked the idea of different possible worlds that the director explores - showing different outcomes for the different people in the story.
