Review of Ruby Sparks (2012) by Frances H — 04 Apr 2013
What a wonderful movie! Even though other movies have been based on the Pygmalion theme, this one had the originality to make the creation into a real person instead of an ideal. The script showed the emotional maturing of both the writer and his creation, and was very far from the slick Hollywood treatment this genre usually gets.
The acting was well done from a really good cast. A pleasurable film all round.
