Saw this on 27/2/6.
Room takes an alarming and disturbing issue that most people and filmmakers ignore or use simply for gory fun and dramatizes it realistically. Brie Larson and Jacob Tremblay gives good performances with Larson being the better. However, I can't say that the film entirely satisfied me and I must admit that the boy from Beasts of no nation deserved a nomination far more than Jacob Trembly.
