Review of Romance & Cigarettes (2005) by Ryan R — 13 May 2008

Different just to be different. The oddities of the film were very random, but ultimately work. The cast is amazing. Kate Winslet sizzles as always, and (also as always) she is the most interesting, most dynamic, and most well-portrayed character.

The movie is entertaining and engaging, and best of all completely out of the ordinary. While never fully reaching it's potential in the non-musical scenes, it has a cast that makes up for its flaws.
