Kevin Costner with a Mullet! Morgan Freeman as an Arab! Fisheye lenses! The guy with the deep voice from "The Crow"! Unintentional comedy galore! Completely silly movie, but Alan Rickman always brings the goods.
(Recommended if you really need to remember 1991).
