Review of Robin Hood (2009) by Dino B — 07 Dec 2010
You know, it's the classic story with all of the trimmings. But also a weird and comical side to the tale exists in this adaptation, especially with Rickman's portrayal of the vile Sheriff. Everything is set in place, sometimes stale, weak, but also sometimes charming and pretty cool.
Freeman is pretty cool, and Connery as Richard is more than awesome. Nice movie but no the true adventure that Robin Hood could be.
