Review of Robin and Marian (1976) by Tanya J — 11 Oct 2007
It's perfectly adequate. Past her "golden age" of great films, Audrey Hepburn returns to the screen after 9 years of absence to play the long forgotten Marian, one who has succesfully gotten past, but not over, her Robin.
The love story is quite beautiful, and it's certainly a different approach to the legend... but there's something lacking and the movie's just not that interesting. The two leads are lovely, though.
