Review of Road to Perdition (2002) by Mason H — 09 Jul 2010
A personal favorite of mine. One of the only movies I consider to be flawless. It's wonderful direction, cinematography, and most of all, score make this a movie I immensely enjoy and appreciate. The one thing I love most about the movie is Thomas Newmans score.
It captures a wide range of various emotions from sadness, joy, horror, suspense, and hope. Tom Hanks really nails his character as a remorseful father who doesn't want to see his son follow in his foot steps.
Jude Law also gives a fine performance. This is a must see for me.
