This is a lot better than Britflick mockney movies like Lock Stock etc. However,there's no real depth to the story since its just about gangs of East End thugs shooting and beating each other senseless over drugs and money.
You don't feel any sympathy for any of the characters who deserve all they get. There seems to be something semi heroic about Carlton Leach's portrayal which is not altogether convincing either.
Aside from that I found it watchable from a technical point of view as it captures the 70s-80s-90s periods very well and the acting was good, especially from Craig Fairbrass who stole the show.
