Review of Rise: Blood Hunter (2007) by John D — 26 Mar 2010

I love a nice gory vampire movie now and then, but I just couldn't bring myself to like this one. It truly is pretty atrocious. Boring, formulaic, predictable, badly acted, laughable dialogue and full of nudity for nuditys sake (or is that a good thing?).

If I had to find some thing to like in this 2 hour snorefest, it's Michael Chiklis and Lucy Liu's very cool crossbow.... that's about it. There are so many better vampire movies out there that don't insult you intelligence.
