Ahhhhh the deja vu... The first time I saw the preview I had to see the movie. More previews I saw, I was less and less enthused. Sure its De Niro and Pacino. But in this?! With 50 Cent as the costar?! A bit of a twist on an oooold story.
How early did you see it is the only question? Fairly early. And the director doesn't help. I questioned whether we were meant to know from the very start and ponder when were the characters going to see the obvious.
Movie might work with that premise. The boys do the job. Leguizamo and Wahlberg are good, Carla Gugino is a sight and 50 Cent is... well 50 Cent. Overall the movie manages to stick just above average.
