"...most people respect the badge...everybody respects the gun". A dark, gritty movie with a perfectly choreographed performance by De Niro and Pacino. They're long-suffering detectives working on bad cases.
..and on the track of a killer who takes the law into his own hands. Shows how the courts fail the cops and the pressures the cops endure.
