Giving this toilet bowl splatter a 2 just because of DeNiro and Pacino. What a waste, or waste management, of talent and a terrible script. Might as well had a heroin addicted teddy bear in it. KEEP IT! Which leads me to a slight tangent.

Using this movie as a foundation and a point, it's great to have an idea, but just because of said idea does not make for a good film or story. It's depth of character and nailing each 3 parts of a film or story.

If you don't execute it intelligently then keep said idea somewhere else, like a waste receptacle somewhere on the streets of New York where you can bury an idea, script, and a body in. Ha Ha.
