Mmm, a rough outing for two of cinema's greats. deniro and pacino play partners trying to solve a series of murders believed to have been committed by another cop. cliche cop themes shine brightly here and other than the two aforementioned actors, this film is very forgettable.

save it for a quiet night at home when there's nothing else to watch...
