Review of Rhapsody in August (1991) by Robert B — 03 Mar 2009
A good family story of grandchildren connecting with thier Grandmother and coming to uderstand her experiences. Only downside for me was the distraction of Richard Gere in the film. His inclusion in the film seemed a bit forced but he did a decent job.
The real strength of the film is the Grandmother as she really binds it together.
