The much darker (but closer to the source material) film continuing Dorothy's adventures in Oz. This although is aimed at children it's a quite frightening & sombre film.
Very poorly received commercially & critically and it's shame cause it's an interesting film with a good story but it's so far removed from the original it's somewhat unsettling.
The visual effects are very dated for 1985, but it's vibe & atmosphere is very chilling, a unique sequel that hopefully will be appreciated by some....
