Just like the preceeding movie, it took a natural and uncontrived step in the movie series. Milla Jovovich has definately become one of my favorite actresses!!!! I especially liked the addition and expansion of her Phoenix-like powers.
The only thing I feel is that the movie was just getting started when it ended... I wanted to see so much more... I read that they might make another sequel and a spin-off based around Claire and the survivors.
.. If they make a sequel I hope that it involves Chirs and Jill and deals with the downfall of Umbrella. If they make a spin-off I hope it deals with Claire and Leon and the outcome of the Alaska trek.
