An atrocious film, not just to wear the badge of 'Resident Evil', but just in general. The virus has now 'dried up all rivers and oceans' because... Paul WS Anderson needed some faint justification for making this look like a low-budget Mad Max.
Dull and lazily written. One of the characters is called 'K-Mart' for god sake.
