Review of Resident Evil (2002) by Andy O — 23 Jan 2012
The creative forces behind this movie set out to make something original and give the people that have played the games something new. In doing this however it sacrificed the feel and integrity of the what the games meant to those who have loved them throughout the years.
They have spawned countless sequels that to me try and bring more of the elements of the games into the film series but fall short. I heard rumors and actually read the script from the father of the zombie genre George A.
Romero and it was exactly what I wish the movie would of been. Instead we have this and it is not much.
