Review of Resident Evil (2002) by Cj O — 25 Oct 2012
This wasn't as gory as I thought it would be, which was perfect for me. The Imdb content advisory on "Resident Evil" makes the movie look gorier than it really is.
The best part of the movie is Jovovich. She's a really good actor, but one of the few good actors in the movie. Paul Anderson probably can't get good producers and good actors. The only reason why he has Jovovich is because the two are married.
Still, It was a cool movie. It started out a little horrific, but got to more of the cool stuff after the first ten minutes. For movies based on video games, this is probably my favorite.
