Great! Performances by Jeremy Davis and Steven Zahn were fantastic. Christian Bale does an exception job. Director Herzog creates the tension with the prison of war sub genre as the narrative moves back and forth between possibility of escape by means of an exceptional hero version the real life limitations of beaten down captives.
The cinematography captures the awe and vibrancy of the jungle.
