This movie encapsulates the true meaning of love & forgiveness. It also tackles the side effects of abuse that survivors face that can last for many years. As well as dangers faced by sex workers.

I've seen a few reviews from some Christians criticizing the sexual & violent content of the film. In all honesty, I don't believe that they realize that there are people that don't get to start life on a pedestal. No one has a perfect life. It shouldn't be something that should be deemed as a 'no go topic' by some members of the Christian community. You can maybe say that those who tend to judge, have more to hide. There has been worse sexual content in film history (in my opinion). And abuse is, of any form, a topic that can be said to be avoided by our society in general.

The movie embraces the reality of what it means to change your life. To choose to define what life you want to live instead of what life has dealt you. I do admit, the film did lack some flow. However, great actors & actresses. Chemistry between the lead actor & actress was amazing. The cinematography was beautiful.
