Review of Red Velvet (2009) by Matt S — 11 Dec 2010
The movie sets itself up as a dark romantic comedy framed around the telling of a horror story. It's a lot of fun, until the ending, which is both predictable and nonsensical. With a better script, this could have been a real gem.
Also, Elliott from E.T. is the main character, and he's fantastic.
