Arnie plays a ss kommandant who pretends hes russian in this horrible snuff movie. Belushi is obviously flying through the seven levels of heaven after snorting three big bags of coke so its up to everyones favourite aryan warrior to murder and wisecrack his way to the top of some generic crime syndicate.
Poor acting, bad action and its got arnie in it being a steroid using rapist cop. Scummy.
