Review of Red Heat (1988) by Andrew T — 08 Aug 2009
Lying between 'The Running Man' and 'Twins', great, stand out film from Arnie. Notable for being the last action film of his 80's action era which had started with Conan back in 1982.
He would meet up with Belushi again in a cameo from the latter in 'Last Action Hero' and then proper in 'Jingle All the Way'.
Brilliant action, great one-liners, and one of the best Arnie villans. Also great turns from Peter Boyle and Larry Fishburne.
8/10.
