Review of Rebel Without a Cause (1955) by Chelsea K — 09 Jul 2010
Rebel Without A Cause is a classic powerful film with a innovative theme. The performance of James Dean is easily as legendary as James Dean himself. His howls, mannerisms make him a surprisingly loveable character.
And the dialogues are far better than any other 50s film. They are so much more realistic and natural rather than the other 50s film where everything seemed to be forced and made for the camera. There are three main characters and all of them died a young age.
But this movie is something you should check out if you have time.
